Opening Celebration Rescheduled For New Morristown Asian Fusion Spot

Because of the heavy snow Tuesday, "Let's Noodle" moved their opening celebration and discount promotion to Thursday.

MORRISTOWN, NJ — A snowy forecast Tuesday caused a number of cancellations and delays, including pushing back a grand opening celebration for a new Asian fusion restaurant in Morristown.

Let's Noodle has rescheduled their ceremony with Morristown's mayor to Thursday, and those who want to try out their food can get half-off the purchase of their second noodle bowl. The restaurant is located at 26 Washington Street, where Tito’s Burritos & Wings was located until it closed last July.

The Let's Noodle menu includes a signature namesake bowl, which features their "OG sauce" and chili oil, and also the Let's Noo-Cho bowl, which has a Mexican flair and includes Cojita cheese. There are also other signature Szechuan noodle dishes, like Dan-Dan noodles and cold sesame noodles. Or, you can build your own bowl.

Mayor Tim Dougherty will be part of the rescheduled ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, Feb. 15 at 12:30 p.m. The restaurant will offer a "buy one, get one 50 percent off" promotion on their bowls during the event.

Other menu items include shrimp toast, dumplings and pork buns, spring rolls, and seasonal offerings. Brownies from The Thirsty Baker are available for purchase.
