Millie's Old World is one of a handful of restaurants to offer both Neapolitan wood-fired pizza and coal-fired pizza.  We have two separate ovens which yield two very different types of pizza.  Our Neapolitan pizza produces pizza with a light & airy, soft crust, with signature charred marks or “leopard spots.”  It cooks in just 90 seconds due to the intense 900° heat. Our coal-fired pizza which cooks at 650°, has a unique flavor, with a crisp crust.

Another highlight on our menu are "Millie's Meatballs." Made from a third generation family recipe, our 1/4 pound fried meatballs are made with top grade sirloin and imported cheese.  We serve them topped with a variety of sauces (marinara, warm ricotta, homemade mozzarella, vodka sauce & more) or as sandwiches.

Our menu also includes salads, cheese platters & of course delicious desserts.
All our our mozzarella is made daily at Millie's. We have a private room on site for parties or business functions.

Why did you decide to open your business in Morristown?

We decided to open Millie's in Morristown because we love the town and its direction.  The food scene in Morristown has been evolving, and we wanted to be part of it.

How did you get your start?

We've always been passionate about pizza and the different styles of pizza offered.  Opening a place of our own has always been a dream & with Millie's it's become a reality.

What is your mission/goal as a Morristown business owner?

We wanted to bring our two favorite pizzas styles - coal-fired, and Neapolitan wood-fired pizza, to the Morristown area.  With Millie's, we hope to provide customers with a great dining experience, from food, to service to the ambiance.
