Teen Had Drugs In Morris Co. Park, Police Say
The teen was released to an adult, police said.

Morris County Park Police made several arrests last week, including for warrants and drugs in local parks. Read about those arrests, as written by police, here:
-10/7: ARREST FOR WARRANTS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Chester Township. An investigation revealed Quincy R. Brunson, age 29, of Mine Hill Township, to have an N.C.I.C. warrant from the Morris County Sheriff's Office and a warrant for failure to appear in Denville Township Municipal Court. He was transferred to the custody of the Morris County Sheriff's Office.
-10/8: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Mahlon Dickerson Reservation in Jefferson Township. An investigation led to a juvenile being charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The juvenile was released at the scene to a parent with a court date pending.

-10/11: ARREST FOR WARRANTS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Morristown. An investigation revealed Delmar Walker, age 33, of Morristown, to have three warrants for failure to appear in Denville Township Municipal Court. He was lodged in the Morris County Correctional Facility pending a court appearance.
-10/11: ARREST FOR WARRANT: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for a moving violation in Morris Township. An investigation revealed Joanne M. Emph, age 40, of Paramus, to have a warrant for failure to appear in Rockaway Township Municipal Court. He was released with a new court date pending.

-10/12: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers observed a suspicious parked vehicle in Morristown. An investigation led to Henkel J. Erskine, age 35, of Brooklyn, N.Y., to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. He was released with a court date pending.
