The Stock Market: Time to Buy? Time to Sell?

Remember 2008? Many would like to forget.

Especially those whose stock investments, 401k's, IRA's basically, well, hit the skids. Some people lost thousands, hundreds of thousands, even millions of dollars.

Thursday was a painful reminder of the fragility of the stock market, as global concerns over a possible double-dip recession caused investors to pull en masse, resulting in an over 500-point drop, the largest such drop since October 2008.

As of this writing, on Friday, Aug. 5, the Dow was up 60 points, based on Italy's pledge to right its own financial ship. But, such confidence is fleeting.

Which brings us to our "Question of the Day:" Is it time to buy? Time to sell? Should we get while the getting's good? Or should we dig our heels in and just hope we're not in for another "Great Recession?" Chime in below.
