MORRISTOWN, NJ — A broken traffic light is jamming the morning commute through Morristown Monday morning, police warn.

The light at Madison Ave and South Street is not working this morning, following the fierce overnight storms, police said. Police are at the intersection to control the traffic during the morning rush hour.

State officials say it'll take two to three hours for them to respond. In the meantime, drivers should avoid the area and expect delays.
