Underage Drinking Arrest At Mennen Sports Arena: Park PD
Morris County Park Police made several arrests in the final days of February, including for underage drinking and an assault.
MORRISTOWN, NJ — The Morris County Park Police made multiple arrests in the final days of February, including for an assault in a park and an underage drinker in Mennen Sports Arena. You can read about those arrests, as written by police, in the blotter here:
-2/23: ARREST FOR WARRANTS: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop for an equipment in Dover. An investigation revealed Ryan E. Seck, age 32, of Sparta Township, to have two warrants for failure to appear in Randolph Township and Mansfield Township Municipal Courts. He was able to post the required bail and released with new court dates pending.
-2/24: ARREST FOR ASSAULT/OBSTRUCTION: Officers were assisting the Morristown Police Department with crowd control when they observed an assault. A foot chased ensued and eventually Tyler M. Burdorf, age 23, of Jefferson Township, was apprehended and subsequently charged with Assault, Obstruction of the Administration of Law, and Resisting Arrest. He was released with a court date pending.

-2/26: ARREST FOR WARRANT: Officers executed a motor-vehicle stop in Roxbury Township. An investigation revealed Sydney E. McNamara, age 22, of Bueno Borough, to have a warrant for failure to appear in Roxbury Township Municipal Court. She was released with a new court date pending.
-2/27: ARREST FOR UNDERAGE DRINKING: Officers were conducting a crowd control detail at the Mennen Sports Arena in Morris Township when they were advised of a sick person in the bathroom. An investigation led to a juvenile to be charged with Possession and/or Consumption of Alcohol by Persons Under the Legal Age. The juvenile was released to parents at the scene with a court date pending.

-2/28: ARREST FOR NARCOTICS: Officers observed a suspicious occupied vehicle at Central Park in Parsippany Township. An investigation led to Michael A. Esposito, age 24, of Randolph Township, to be charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released with a court date pending.
