VIDEO: Verizon Protestors Tour Morristown
Over 100 union workers were out in the sun and around the Green on Friday.
It turned out that wasn't going to be the only protest Morristown saw last week.
Late Friday afternoon, over 100 people, clad mostly in red, walked Morristown's streets in protest against layoffs by Verizon, whose New Jersey offices are in Basking Ridge, South Brunswick and Brick Township. Still, if you want to make a statement, you can do worse than make it amidst the sun-dappled trees of the Green in Morristown.
