The exterior got a spruce a while back; now, what should go inside?
The intersection of Spring and Morris streets is pretty busy. You don't want to navigate the traffic signal up that hill on Spring Street at rush hour if you can avoid it, especially if you have a manual transmission.
It's also a busy place for commerce. You have a number eating establishments, from to , to and, soon, .
But, if you cross Spring from , you'll find an empty property that, until a few months ago, looked a bit more ramshackle. Since then, someone decided to give it a facelift, one assumes in order to attract potential occupants.

A smooth wood trim and fancy lights adorn its exterior. Inside, there's not much. It's a bit weatherworn, but, there is a lot of exposed brick, a desirable feature these days.
