Barcade In Newark Closes After 5 Years; Jersey City Spot Still Open

The craft beer and classic video game joint closed its Newark location, but can still be found in Jersey City and New York City.

NEWARK, NJ — Barcade has officially bid farewell to Newark.

According to a message on the Barcade website:

“Barcade Newark customers, we're sad to announce that this location is now permanently closed. It has been a pleasure serving the Newark community over the past five years, and we hope that you'll continue visiting us at our Jersey City and NYC locations.”
