Officials at University Hospital are seeking out friends or relatives of a man who has been a patient there since March 15.
The man, Jose Cruz, is 5’9”, weighs 132 lbs. and has a mole above his lip and a second mole below his lip near his chin. He was found at 114 Chestnut St. in Elizabeth. His last known address was 580 Monroe St. in Elizabeth.
