Job Fair Coming For Major Construction Project In Newark
Hiring reps will be present at the job fair, which is seeking local skilled workers, laborers and subcontractors in all trades.
NEWARK, NJ — A job fair for a “major” construction project in Newark’s West Ward will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 10.
According to a municipal advisory, Rising Plains Urban Renewal LLC, in collaboration with the Mayor’s Office of Affirmative Action, is hiring local skilled workers, laborers and subcontractors in all trades for a “major West Ward development project.”
The job fair will include on-site hiring representatives. It will take place from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the press conference room at Newark City Hall, 920 Mayor Kenneth A. Gibson Boulevard. Job seekers should bring a resume.
