Newark Teen Has Been Missing For Nearly 2 Months, Police Continue Search
Police are asking for the public's help finding a missing 19-year-old in Essex County.

NEWARK, NJ — Police are asking for the public’s help finding a 19-year-old Newark resident who has been missing for nearly two months, authorities announced Thursday.
According to the Newark Department of Public Safety, a police search continues for Aaliyah Bryant, who was reported missing on Aug. 30.
Bryant – who has run away from home before – was last seen on Aug. 29 on the 100-block of Chancellor Avenue in Newark, authorities said.

Bryant is 5 feet 3 inches and 300 pounds with a light-brown skin complexion and blonde hair. She also has a silver nose piercing, and is reportedly diagnosed with Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). She was wearing a long, white t-shirt and black leggings, and carrying a cross-body bag, police said.
Authorities said anyone with information can contact the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). Anonymous tips can also be made using the Police Division’s website.
