Three Accused of Killing Man at Funeral Service
Victim was killed in April while attending service for his uncle.

Three men have been charged in connection with the killing of a city resident who was shot during his uncle’s funeral in April, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office said Monday.
Jahid Devlin, 22, was hit multiple times in the parking lot of the Churchman Funeral Home April 24 in what officials at the time said was a targeted shooting. The funeral home is located near 13th Avenue and 7th Street.

Two men, 23-year-old Laquan Willis, of East Orange, and Nekeish Fleming, 24, of Newark, were arrested June 17 in Newark by an FBI fugitive task force. A third man, Robert Laboo, 29, of Newark, was arrested Monday in Queens, N.Y.
Willis and Fleming are scheduled to make their first court appearance Tuesday. The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office is asking New York officials for Laboo to be extradited to New Jersey.

All three men have been charged with murder, conspiracy and weapons offenses, the prosecutor's office said. They are all being held on $750,000 bail.
