3 Days Of Halloween Fun In Highland Park, Starting Oct. 27

HIGHLAND PARK, NJ — Starting next Friday, Highland Park has several days of events planned to celebrate the fall season and Halloween.

All events are held in the municipal lot between 2nd & 3rd, 212 Raritan Avenue Highland Park, NJ, 08904.

Friday, Oct. 27:

  • Farmers' market all day Friday
  • Pumpkin painting all day, 11 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Free small pumpkins for kids, or you can purchase larger pumpkins from one of the farmers.
  • Live music from the Mike Noordzy Trio at 3:30 p.m.
  • Free trick-or-treat totes filled with treats and local business coupons

Tuesday, Oct. 31: Halloween

  • Downtown trick-or-treating, 2:30 - 5:30 p.m. and don't forget to trick-or-treat in all the residential areas after you hit the downtown businesses!
  • Live music from the Mike Noordzy Trio and Sleaze Greaze at 3:30 p.m.
  • Free trick-or-treat totes filled with treats and local business coupons
  • Enter the jack-o-lantern contest: Fill out the contest form at mainstreethp.org/jackolantern to enter the contest and learn more. Or stop by to look at the entries and vote for your favorite from 2:30-5:30 p.m. on Oct. 31.
