Music and dance performances will be from 11:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., following a speech from Assemblyman Upendra J. Chivukula.

At 4 p.m., participants will gather to throw colored powder on each other, as is the custom in India during Holi.

Anyone wishing to participate in that event is suggested to wear old clothing that can get dirty.
