Highland Park's Tree Lighting, Santa Arrival And Gingerbread House Contest Will Be Nov. 29
The Highland Park Christmas tree lighting will be from 4-8 p.m. Nov. 29. The downtown menorah lighting will be Dec. 14.
HIGHLAND PARK, NJ — The Highland Park Christmas tree lighting will be from 4-8 p.m. Nov. 29. Santa will arrive on a fire truck; there will be a lighting of the Christmas tree and holiday markets, live music and food.
Highland Park will also have a gingerbread contest on that date. Anyone is welcome to enter their best gingerbread house. Click here to learn more and enter.
Also, Highland Park will hold its Night Owl holiday craft markets, featuring local artists, artisans, crafters, music and food.

2025 Owl Market dates:
- Saturday Nov. 29, 4-8 p.m. (including the downtown tree lighting, Santa on the fire truck, and the gingerbread house contest)
- Sunday Nov. 30, 1-5 pm
- Saturday Dec. 13, 4-8 pm
- Sunday Dec. 14, 1-5 pm (including the downtown menorah lighting)
