Man Exposed Himself To Women On Rutgers Campus Bus

This happened Monday afternoon on a bus traveling on the Livingston campus in Piscataway. A woman confronted the man:

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — A man exposed himself to two female Rutgers students Monday afternoon, according to Rutgers Police.

This happened at approximately 3:30 p.m. Monday on a Rutgers University bus as it was on the Livingston campus in Piscataway.

The woman, who is affiliated with Rutgers University, told police that while standing on the moving bus another female passenger informed her that a man on the bus had exposed his genitals, and that "he was intentionally maintaining direct contact with her clothed buttocks," said Rutgers Police.

The woman confronted the perpetrator regarding this allegation and he immediately got off the bus on Rockafeller Road, said police. He was last seen walking quickly in the direction of Suttons Lane.

The man is described as a 30 - 40-year-old, thin Black man, with a short "scruffy" beard, approximately 5'9" in height and was wearing a black snap-back hat, a black and green hooded sweatshirt, and black sweatpants at the time of the incident.
