The New Brunswick Community Farmers Market, located at 178 Jones Ave. is open two days a week and supplies fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, honey and dressings from Pop's Farm Market of Monroe.

Fresh meat is also available from the Rutgers New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station (NJAES).
