The Citizens Campaign will host a free forum for citizens to come and learn ways to navigate their local governments to identify waste and more efficient ways of operating. The forum begins at 6 p.m.
Wednesday
Downtown Lunchtime Recital Series, First Reformed Church, 9 Bayard St.
First Reformed Church will continue its free Lunchtime Recital Series with a 12:15 p.m. performance by organist Shea Velloso. The church will serve a free lunch following the performance.
Thursday
Mason Gross Presents Rutgers Symphony Band, Nicholas Music Center, 85 George St.
The performance begins at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 for students and $15 for the general public.
Friday
Sugarloaf Crafts Festival, Garden State Exhibit Center, 50 Atrium Drive, Somerset
The Sugarloaf Crafts Festival is a large, multi-day festival featuring a multitude of art and craft vendors and demonstrations. Tickets are $8 if purchased online, $10 at the door.
