NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - Wells Fargo is set to close 17 U.S. banking branches, including a New Jersey location, according to records obtained from the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of Currency.

The branch at 400 Raritan Ave. will be closing July 26, a representative at the location told Patch. Customers can still bank at New Brunswick (120 Albany St.) and Edison (1899 NJ-27) locations.

Other branches set to close include locations in Arizona, Washington, Minnesota, Texas and Virginia. You can view the entire list here.

Wells Fargo still has over 12,000 ATMs and about 4,900 banking branches nationwide, the company website shows, including 227 Banks and 411 ATMs in the Garden State.

Wells Fargo isn’t the only bank set to leave New Jersey soon. The U.S. Office of the Comptroller of Currency also noted closures of a Bank of America branch in Hoboken, a Flagstar in Lakewood, a Citizens Bank in Camden and Santander branches in Long Branch and Towaco.

A Wells Fargo in Bernardsville will also be relocating, the April bulletin reads.
