This Saturday presents an opportunity to give back to those in need and your final opportunity to watch the New Milford Junior Football Knights play at home this season. The Knights are holding their 2nd Annual Junior Football Food Drive from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at LaBarbera Field behind Borough Hall. Donations of canned and paper goods to the Ascension Church Food Pantry. "The pantry provides food to those in our community who are in need. It's a great cause and last year was a huge success. Please pass the word to family, friends and neighbors and bring what you can," said NMJFL President George Adelung. The Knights hope that the food drive will continue to grow and be a success with their program.
