Missing Deaf New Milford Found: Police
June Cross, 87, was found in Rockland County, New York, police said.
NEW MILFORD, NJ — A missing deaf New Milford woman has been found, police said.
Police posted a missing person alert on their Facebook page Thursday night. June Cross, 87, left a meeting in Midland Park Thursday morning and did not return home, police said. She was found in Middletown, New York, police said.
Cross is deaf and contacted the New Windsor Police Department, who gave her directions back to New Milford, police said.
