Stop by the New Milford Police Department, at Borough Hall, with new, unwrapped toys that you can afford to pass along to a youngster in need.  David E Owens is hosting their annual Winter Concert this evening at 7 p.m. in the Café. If you're all business all the time, the Planning Board is meeting this evening in Borough Hall at 7:30 p.m. Be sure to check the weather above before you head out.
