NEW MILFORD, NJ — A New Milford resident reported that an adult man inappropriately touched his 14-year-old daughter, according to police.
Police said they learned that Maximo Itzep, 21, of New Milford inappropriately touched the victim’s chest and pushed her into a wall while restraining her arms.
Itzep was charged with criminal sexual contact, criminal restraint, and simple assault.
