ABC Charges New Milford Bar With Serving Underage Patrons
Main Street Grille and Tavern charged with serving alcohol to three underage females.

The Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control arrested three underage bar patrons at the last Thursday evening during an enforcement sweep throughout Bergen County, a release from the attorney general’s office said.
According to the release, ABC detectives arrested Olivia Conti, 20, Kaitlyn Koepplinger, 19, and Samantha Mostafa, 18, all of Bergenfield, at approximately 10:30 p.m. on April 12.
The trio was charged with presenting fake identification cards and underage drinking, the release said.

A bartender, Stacy Cantelmo, 37, of New Milford, was issued a summons for serving alcohol to underage persons, the release said. The charge of selling alcohol to underage patrons is a disorderly persons offense which carries penalties including a fine of at least $500.
“The liquor licenses of establishments involved in last week’s enforcement efforts will be reviewed by ABC for possible administrative charges,” the release said. “Those charges could result in the suspension of the bar’s alcoholic beverage license.”

The ABC division is a statewide agency that patrols bars and other establishments throughout Bergen County and works to enforce Alcoholic Beverage Control laws.
The owners of the Main Street Grille & Tavern could not be reached for comment.
