The New Milford Zoning Board will be holding a special meeting devoted entirely to the United Water property application filed by Hekemian. Hekemian is seeking variances to construct a 70,000 sq. ft. supermarket, a 4300 sq. ft. bank and 24 low-to-moderate income housing units on the 13-acre property.
The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of Borough Hall and begin at 7p.m. The public will continue to present their cases disputing the testimony given by the developer's experts over the course of the last 17 months. Click here to see a full copy of the agenda.
