Woodcrest Health Care Center Files Application with Building Department
Proposed three-story patio/porch addition

Woodcrest Health Care Center has filed an application with the Planning Board to add a three-story 740 sq. ft. patio/porch addition to its existing facility along with another 34 parking spaces.
The addition would be located on the first, second and third floors of the center, with the second and third floor patio to be screened off.
Additionally, Woodcrest Health Care Center is proposing to eliminate some existing signage and add a new 3'x6' sign that is approximately 5-feet-high.

Woodcrest Health Care Center also seeks a design waiver for parking space size. The borough ordinance requires 9'x20' stalls; however, the existing parking stalls are 9'x18' and Woodcrest requests that they receive a waiver. If plans are approved, the facility would have a total of 116 spaces.
This application will be heard for completeness review at the Planning Board meeting next Tuesday, Jan. 24th, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Borough Hall.
