Former New Providence resident Albert Pastore, 84, died on Jan. 8. The Korean War veteran, who most recently lived in Collings Lake, <a href="http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/mycentraljersey/obituary.aspx?n=Albert-Pastore&amp;pid=169081404" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">was a carpenter by trade</a> and "spent his time caring for his property, watching the eagles soar across his beloved lake, and fishing with his grandchildren," according to an obituary on Legacy.com.
