Bella Is New Providence-Berkeley Heights' Pet Of The Week

NEW PROVIDENCE/BERKELEY HEIGHTS, NJ — Meet Bella! She has been chosen as New Providence-Berkeley Heights Patch's Pet Of The Week.

"I'd love to nominate my 12-year-old pup Bella. We got her when I was only 11 years old. Two years prior we had lost our family dog who had been suffering from cancer. In her wake, we adopted a border collie named KC and two years later got Bella.

I had begged my parents for a Yorkie and eventually got my wish. Bella, although 12 years old, acts just as she did 10 years ago. She's the sweetest little thing with so much spunk. I cannot imagine my life without her.

I absolutely love and adore her, there aren't enough words to express that. From being an 11-year-old kid to now nearly 24 with a Master's degree, that dog has been by my side the entire time. I love you beyond words Bella."
