Owners taking over Bamboo Grille at the Basking Ridge Country Club.

The owners of Delicious Heights in Berkeley Heights and Bedminster will soon take over the Bamboo Grille at the Basking Ridge Country Club.
The restaurant will be renamed DH Outpost when Delicious Heights’ owners take over on Nov. 1, the Bernardsville News reported.
“We’re going to try to run the restaurant the same as it’s been run – hopefully, to continue with live music and things people really enjoy,” said Alex Rubinstein, a Delicious Heights owner and resident of Basking Ridge.
