The pedestrian tunnel and sidewalk <a href="http://www.nj.com/independentpress/index.ssf/2013/09/police_looking_for_someone_who.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">were hit with graffiti on Sept. 10</a>, the Independent Press reported.
