In State v. Eric A. Boyer, of New Providence, the State charged defendant with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.  This charge resulted in a conditional discharge.  The Court imposed a one year term of probation, a $500 DEDR (Drug Enforcement and Demand Reduction) fee, a $50 DARE fee, a $50 VCCB penalty, a $75 safe neighborhood fee, a $50 lab fee, and a $75 conditional discharge fee.

In State v. Christopher Gerdung, of Bridgewater, the State charged defendant with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.  This charge resulted in a conditional discharge.  The Court imposed a one year term of probation, a $500 DEDR (Drug Enforcement and Demand Reduction) fee, a $50 DARE fee, a $50 VCCB penalty, a $75 safe neighborhood fee, a $50 lab fee, and a $75 conditional discharge fee.

In State v. Latisah Green, of Newark, the State charged defendant with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.  This charge resulted in a conditional discharge.  The Court imposed a one year term of probation, a $500 DEDR (Drug Enforcement and Demand Reduction) fee, a $50 DARE fee, a $50 VCCB penalty, a $75 safe neighborhood fee, a $50 lab fee, and a $75 conditional discharge fee.

In State v. Michael Mayers, of East Orange, the State charged defendant with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.  Defendant pled guilty to the charge.  The Court imposed a one year term of probation, a $500 DEDR (Drug Enforcement and Demand Reduction) fee, a $50 DARE fee, a $50 VCCB penalty, a $75 safe neighborhood fee, a $50 lab fee, and a $75 conditional discharge fee. The Court also imposed an additional fine and surcharge totaling another $405.
