Dr. Matthew Clott brings over 23 years of plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery and hand surgery experience to Somerset Cosmetic &amp; Reconstructive Surgery (an Atlantic Health Partner) in Warren, NJ right on Mountain Blvd. He is one of the few in-network plastic surgeons in the state and focuses on insured Breast Reductions and Reconstructions as well as cosmetic surgery of the breast, abdomen and face. He also takes care of skin cancer/lesion excisions, lipomas, accessory breast tissue, and performs in-office earlobe repairs of stretched and torn earlobes (and puts a new earring in at the same time). He is also an exceptional hand surgeon and can manage both traumatic and non-traumatic hand issues including broken bones, injured tendons and nerves, carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger fingers, dupytrene’s and dequerveins, ganglion cysts and any other hand issue. In State v. David Murphy (Towne Deli), of New Providence, the State charged him with a Board of Health violation: employee preparing food without gloves.  The defendant pled guilty.  The Court imposed a $106 fine, and $30 in court costs. In State v. Bryan K. Davis, of Berkeley Heights, the State charged him with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (marijuana).  The Court entered a conditional discharge.  The Court imposed a one year term of probation and also imposed $800 in surcharges. The  convenes every other Thursday in the New Providence Municipal Center, located at 360 Elkwood Ave.
