"Over the spring break there was an incident involving a high school staff member. Their absence is a confidential personnel matter that is being reviewed by the administration and the Board of Education. I want to assure all students and parents that we remain committed to assuring that instruction continues in all of the affected classes. I will be meeting with those classes today to discuss how we will proceed for the rest of the school year. Later today, I will send out an email outlining the plan to the parents whose children are affected. It is our intention to make this transition as smooth as possible. Student learning and success is our number one objective and we will continue to strive to provide the best learning environment for all students."
