Spot the American Woodcock in Union County
The Woodcock Walk event will have bird watchers gather at Lenape Park in Cranford on March 15 and March 22 at 6:15 p.m.

Union County, NJ – Spring is right around the corner, so it's time to break out those binoculars for the annual Woodcock Walk event.
Hosted by the Union County Department of Parks and Recreation, the Woodcock Walk event will have bird watchers gather at Lenape Park in Cranford on March 15 and March 22 at 6:15 p.m.
“The American Woodcock is known as a ‘fussy little bird’ because of its need for a diverse habitat, so it’s a real source of pride to know that Lenape Park fits the bill,” said Union County Freeholder Chairman Bruce H. Bergen in a release.
