CTC Academy Welcomes Anne Ogden, Executive Director
We are pleased to announce the selection of Anne Ogden as the new executive director of The CTC Academy.

We are pleased to announce the selection of Anne Ogden as the new executive director of The CTC Academy. The board of directors made this decision based on Anne's extensive experience and professional achievements. Anne is a New York State Licensed Social Worker and holds degrees from the State University at Albany, Nelson A. Rockefeller School of Public Affairs and Policy – Albany, NY (MSW in Social Work) and Skidmore College – Saratoga Springs, NY (Bachelor of Arts in Psychology). Anne brings nineteen years of progressive leadership experience from Catholic Charities Disabilities Services including as executive director. Most recently, Anne held the position of chief operating officer at Care Design, NY – a care coordination organization for children and adults with disabilities - employing 1,100 staff serving 28,000 people with I/DD and families across 30 counties.
The board and entire staff are excited to work with Anne and confident that CTC Academy will, with her leadership and guidance, continue to thrive and grow.
Anne is succeeding Mary Bosco who stepped in as interim executive director last year and led the organization during a most critical period of the pandemic. Given the nature of our work and the dedication of the CTC families, staff, board, volunteers and supporters, we enthusiastically look to the future and all of the possibilities that it brings. We warmly welcome Anne Ogden to the CTC family and sincerely thank Mary Bosco for her fine work and continued support.
