UPDATED WEATHER ALERT: Oakland's Hour-by-Hour Forecast of 'Steady, Accumulating' Snow

While Central and South Jersey are expected to receive the brunt of the storm, Bergen County can now expect to see 3 to 5 inches of snow.

It’s not over yet, but it’s better than what was predicted yesterday.

The National Weather Service has reduced its Winter Storm Watch to a Winter Weather Advisory in effect until 7 p.m. Thursday as North Jersey has gotten hit with β€œsteady, accumulating” snow.

While Central and South Jersey are expected to receive the brunt of the storm, Bergen CountyΒ can now expect to see 3 to 5 inches of snow - a decrease from yesterday’s predicted 3 to 7 inches, according to the NWS.

3 p.m. - 25 degrees, feels like 16, light snow

6 p.m. - 24 degrees, feels like 15, snow

8 p.m. - 22 degrees, feels like 13, snow stops

9 p.m. - 21 degrees, feels like 10, cloudy

12 a.m. - 15 degrees, feels like 13, partly cloudy

The NWS also says β€œhazardous travel conditions are possible due to greatly reduced visibilities and significant snow accumulations.”
