World-Class Footballers to Play at MetLife Stadium Sunday
Chelsea, Inter Milan, AC Milan and Valencia will play their Guinness International Champions Cup matches in New Jersey.

The Guinness International Champions Cup is touching down in New Jersey this weekend. The international club soccer competition features eight teams form both sides of the pond. Spain, Italy, England and the United States are represented.
Two games will take place Sunday at MetLife Stadium. Valencia and Inter Milan will kick-off at 4 p.m. in an effort to fight for fifth place in the tournament. Chelsea and AC Milan will lock horns in the semi-final match set to begin at 6:30 p.m.
During Thursday’s match between Chelsea and Inter, @PatchSportsNJ tweeted, “Red Card at the @IntChampionsCup – John Terry took a hard foul. Chelsea leads 2-0. Pushing and shoving! Who said this was a friendly?”

Inter Milan has won 18 Serie A--Italy’s top professional soccer league--titles and they earned the 2010 UEFA Champions League crown. The Champions League is Europe’s premier club competition and is one of the most prestigious of all club competitions.
Chelsea will field a team that features three of the best midfielders in the game. Juan Mata, 25, is a Spanish attacker who exhibits world-class ball control and is next in line to be one of Spain’s regular starters. Eden Hazard, 22, is a Belgian attacking midfielder and winger who is one of the reasons that Belgium is expected to make noise in the 2014 World Cup. Oscar, 21, took the English Premier League by storm with 12 goals and 13 assists in his first campaign with Chelsea.
Valencia and Inter Milan will practice on Friday. Valencia will practice at Montclair State University and Inter will practice at the Red Bulls Training Facility.
AC Milan will practice Saturday at MetLife Stadium and Chelsea will arrive in New Jersey on game day.
