The Ocean City Skate Park at Fifth Street and Asbury Avenue in Ocean City will celebrate Halloween 4 p.m. to dusk on Saturday, Oct. 30.
Skateboarders are invited to come dressed for the holiday. There will be prizes for best costume and best trick, and candy for the participants.
The Cape May County Park and Zoo’s annual “Boo at the Zoo” event will take place on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Cape May County Park, in Cape May Court House.
Sponsored by the Cape May County Board of Commissioners, this event is free and open to the public. Visitors of all ages are invited to wear a costume to this fun family event, which includes activities for the kids, games, candy, entertainment, animals, inflatable obstacle course, pirate ship and more.
A Costume Contest will start at 11 a.m., registration begins at 10 a.m. An awards presentation will follow the Halloween costume contest with exciting entertainment and our very own ambassador animals. No Rain Date.
Held at Fox Park in Wildwood from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m., adults will decorate their vehicles for Halloween and distribute candy to children in costume from the trunks of their vehicles.
Prizes will be awarded for the best-decorated vehicles. Event includes food, DJ entertainment, and more. The event is free for adults and children, but decorated automobiles must be pre-registered.
13th Annual Scarecrow Alley
The grounds of Cape May’s original haunted house, the Emlen Physick Estate, have been transformed for the spooky season.
Scarecrow Alley is a highlight of the Estate’s Halloween decorations. Walk the grounds and vote for your favorite ghoulishly gruesome or foolishly funny scarecrow.
A Halloween crafts and collectibles show at the estate will feature wares of vendors and crafters from throughout the northeast.
