Boy Scouts Wash Cars for Free on Saturday
Stop by Super Liquor on the 34th Street causeway 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
Boy Scout Troop 79 will hold free car wash at two locations 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5.
The Scouts are collecting pledges from separate donors for each car they wash as part of a car-wash-a-thon, so the more cars they wash for free, the more money they'll raise.
The funds will be used for equipment and to help defray the cost of summer camp and adventure trips for the scouts.
The two locations are:
- Super Liquor on Roosevelt Boulevard in Marmora (34th Street causeway)
- Parking lot for Dr. Gary Mruz at Route 9 and Harry's Court in Ocean View (Dennis Township)
