City Reorganization Meeting Set for 1 P.M. Sunday
New council members will be sworn in and a new council president elected.
City Council will hold its inauguration and reorganization meeting 1 p.m. Sunday, July 1, on the .
New City Council members Michael DeVlieger (First Ward), Antwan McClellan (Second Ward) and Pete Guinosso (Fourth Ward) and re-elected incumbent Tony Wilson (Third Ward) will be sworn in. They were elected in the May 8 election and will serve four-year terms.
A council president and vice president will be elected at the meeting, and board appointments will be made.
