Fatal Crash On Garden State Parkway, All Lanes Reopened
All lanes of the Garden State Parkway near the Cape May Toll Plaza have reopened after a fatal crash on Thursday morning.

DENNIS TOWNSHIP, NJ — All lanes of the Garden State Parkway near the Cape May Toll Plaza have reopened after a fatal crash on Thursday morning.
One fatality has been confirmed, according to New Jersey State Police Trooper Charles Marchan. The crash is still under investigation.
An overturned vehicle was reported around 8:20 a.m. in the northbound lanes south of the Cape May Toll Plaza in Dennis Township, authorities said.

All southbound lanes remained open but 1.5 miles of delays were disrupting traffic, according to 511nj.org. Northbound lanes were closed for several hours.
"There is a lot of traffic in the area . . . it will take some time for the delays to clear," the Garden State Parkway tweeted.

The crash was cleared just after 1 p.m. with all lanes reopened in both directions.
