Emergency Repairs To Close Ninth Street In Ocean City
Ninth Street's eastbound lanes will be closed for an emergency repair on April 12, Ocean City officials said.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Prepare for detours Wednesday as Ninth Street will be closed for emergency repairs.
The eastbound lanes of Ninth Street will be closed from West Avenue to Central Avenue starting at 6:30 a.m. on April 12, the Ocean City Department of Operations and Engineering said.
The emergency repair is to the storm drainage system, officials said.

Drivers traveling cross-town should plan to use 8th Street or 10th Street to avoid the construction zone near the intersection of Ninth Street and Asbury Avenue.
Asbury Avenue will remain open to north-south traffic with no turns eastbound onto Ninth Street.
