How Much Rain Fell In Ocean City This Week?

Cape May County was hit with some much-needed rain this week. The heaviest rain fell on Tuesday, with some areas getting more than 5 inches.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — It's been a gloomy, wet week. Thankfully, the area got some much-needed rain, even if it did come with some flooding. Still, some areas got several inches in the wash.

Rainfall stretched from one inch to more than five inches throughout the county, according to the National Weather Service and the Rutgers NJ Weather Network. The area had some of the highest rainfall totals across the entire state, according to the data.

Dennis Twp.: 3.02 inches
