Police had been looking for Monell since Dec. 19, when police initially responded to a home on Raymond Drive in Commercial Township for a report of a woman who was dead.

A friend previously told nj.com that O'Shea was attempting to leave New Jersey to get away from her estranged husband and take her kids with her, and there was a history of abuse and domestic violence.
