According to OCTC:

This production offers a unique concert and theatrical experience that promises to both move and exhilarate audiences. The cast performs while playing their own instruments, taking the audience on an exciting journey through Johnny Cash's world. The musical narrates the remarkable rags-to-riches story of Cash, beginning with his childhood in the Dirty Thirties in Arkansas, where he worked the fields as the son of Southern Baptist sharecroppers. It follows his gradual rise to fame as a country singer-songwriter, detailing his life on the road, his struggles with alcohol and drugs, and, most importantly, his enduring relationship with country music legend June Carter.

Tickets are priced at $20 per person and are now available for purchase at oceancitytheatrecompany.com. Performances are set for Oct. 10 and 11 at 7 p.m. and Oct. 12 at 2 p.m.
