Juried Art Show Sets Return To Ocean City Arts Center

OCEAN CITY, NJ — More than 110 entries are part of the Ocean City Arts Center's 2025 Annual Juried Art Show, opening Nov. 1 and running through Nov. 22.

The prizes to be awarded are Best in Show, 2nd Place, 3rd Place, and three Honorable Mentions. In addition to these awards, new this year is the Elise L. Steinberg Award for Best Watercolor. The Steinberg family established this award in memory of their matriarch, a longtime member and dedicated student at the Art Center who had a deep love for watercolor painting.

This year’s judges are Lisa Budd, Tim Smith and Renee Leopardi, all visual artists from the tri-county area.

The awards will be announced at the Artists’ Reception on Friday, Nov. 14, held from 7 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Check the Ocean City Arts Center ‘s website, Facebook and Instagram the following week for announcement of winners and photos of the art. For further information call (609) 399-7628.

The Ocean City Arts Center is located on the second floor in the Community Center at 1735 Simpson Ave., Ocean City. Hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and closed on Sunday.
