Lane Closures Set For Trail Of Two Cities Run In Ocean City
The inbound lanes of the Route 52 causeway will be closed Saturday morning to accommodate the runners.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Don't expect to get into Ocean City Saturday morning on the Route 52 causeway. The inbound lanes will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
The lanes entering Ocean City at Ninth Street will be closed for the Trail of Two Cities 5K held Oct. 28.
The popular 5K (3.1-mile) race stretches from Ocean City to Somers Point, traveling the length of the causeway.

Drivers may leave Ocean City during that time period using the outbound lanes of the Route 52 causeway, but all motorists traveling into Ocean City are advised to plan alternative routes.
The Longport Bridge, 34th Street Bridge and Ocean Drive will be open.

Police may adjust the scheduled closing hours depending on when the roadway is cleared of all race participants.
