McCann Realtors Welcomes Two New Agents

McCann Realtors announced the recent addition of two new agents to its Ocean City office:

Herb Birch 

Ocean City resident, Herb Birch, aka Bubba Mac, has joined our firm to round out the Birch family team. Joining his sons, Mac and Jake, the Birch family is dedicated to helping families find their perfect home or rental.

Herb brings a wealth of business experience to our company with his extensive background in accounting and finance. He was the founder and chairman of Birch & Davis Associates, a health management firm with over 800 employees. He then founded, with his son and partner Mac, the Bubba Mac Shack in Somers Point and on the Ocean City Boardwalk. He continues to perform with the Bubba Mac Blues Band. Herb has been a successful real estate investor in Ocean City for over 40 years. 

Mary Ellen Grill 

Mary Grill, who has been with our office for more than two years, has become a licensed real estate agent with our firm. She will maintain her current position as Office Administrator along with the addition of becoming our new Rental Manager and will pursue further education to become a short sale specialist.

In addition to the office positions, Mary will actively pursue listing and sale clients while maintaining her local business, “My Sister’s Studio” located in Stainton’s Gallery of Shops on Asbury Avenue. Mary brings a wealth of past experience which most recently includes a graphic design and marketing position with Cape Regional Medical Center and contract and marketing positions with a casino based Software Company.
