Night in Venice: Photos, Videos and Contest Winners

Ocean City's annual Night in Venice decorated boat parade went off at 6 p.m. Saturday evening with about 50 entries making the trip from the Ocean City-Longport Bridge, along Ocean City's bayfront, in and out of lagoons along the way, to the end of the parade route at Tennessee Avenue.

The end of the parade was shortly after 7:30 p.m., and not all boats completed the parade route as they retreated to safe harbor.

But the storm was short-lived, and the highlight of Ocean City's summer party scene continue with little interruption.

The "Best of Show" winner for the boat parade was a replica of the Battleship New Jersey by the Gifford family.
